The management view of your accounting and ERP data
Ask from your phone. The information you need, right away.
HelloDataManager takes the data out of the accounting or ERP system your staff already use and keeps a verified copy in a secure hub. Send a text or a voice note on Telegram, WhatsApp or Line, or type into the Reports page, and the information you asked for is there within seconds, as a summary and a spreadsheet. The same hub drives the owner's dashboard, follow-up lists and web store updates. Nothing is retyped and nothing is written back into your books.

Send it to Kelvin to follow up this week.
HelloDataManager
Done. The ten customers are now follow-ups in the Action centre, assigned to Kelvin with Friday as the due date, and the list has gone to him on Telegram.
Live from your accounting system
The questions an owner asks, answered before they are asked.
Every figure below comes straight from invoices, stock and ledger entries already recorded in your accounting or ERP system. The screens show a sample company; your own data looks the same the morning after the collector is installed.

Business overview
Where the month stands, in one screen
Sales against the same days last month, average invoice, leading brands, salesperson groups and the ledger's gross and net profit, with a plain-language readout of what moved.

Action centre
Signals become assigned follow-ups
Customers who stopped ordering, items about to run out and overdue receivables are listed as tasks with an owner, a due date and a note. The list refreshes itself from the latest data.

Receivables
Who owes what, aged to the day
Open invoices by customer and by age bucket, so the person making the calls starts with the oldest and largest.

Inspection
It checks the source data itself
Every sync runs the books through a set of checks and lists what does not add up, with what to do about it. Fix it in the accounting system, mark it fixed, and the next sync confirms it is gone.
Findings like these
- Tax charged at 9.5% on an invoice: that was Quebec's QST rate in 2012, and it has been 9.975% since 2013. The tax code was never updated.
- $174.70 of tax posted to a sales account instead of a tax account, so sales are overstated and the amount is missing from what the books show as owed to the government.
- BC PST charged on a sale shipped to Alberta, and no GST at all on a sale shipped within Canada.
- Stock below zero, an item selling with no brand, a busy customer with no salesperson on the card, and a payment card number typed into a notes field.
What it does
- Connects to the system you already run
- A small collector runs beside your accounting or ERP system and sends only what changed, every few minutes. AccountEdge is read directly, including versions with no API at all. QuickBooks, Sage, SAP and other mainstream systems come in through their exports or APIs, set up for each project. Nothing is ever written back.
- Reports, or just ask
- Day-end and month-end reports, sales by item, brand, customer and salesperson, GST and PST returns, and the same answers by message on Telegram, WhatsApp or Line: text or voice note, from wherever the owner happens to be.
- Customer and product 360
- Each customer and item carries its recent sales, trend, reorder habit and the people or products attached to it, so a phone call starts informed.
- Action centre
- Stopped or shrinking customers, items to reorder, slow stock and overdue invoices become follow-ups with an owner and a due date.
- Inspection of the data itself
- Negative stock, tax charged in the wrong province, invoices without a brand or a card number typed into a notes field: found, listed and tracked until someone fixes them at the source.
- Web store and scheduled delivery
- Stock and prices pushed to your web store on a schedule you control, and reports delivered to the people who need them on a timetable.
Why we built it this way
Most small businesses already hold years of accurate records inside accounting or ERP software that nobody can get a report out of without a spreadsheet and an afternoon. We did not replace that software. We gave it a window.
- Read-only by design: the collector reads your system and checks every record against a second copy before it is used.
- Hosted in Canada on infrastructure we run, with sign-in, roles and two-factor authentication for every user.
- Customer notes and payment card fields are never read, and the optional AI review sees totals, never names.
- Multiple branches sign in to one portal and switch companies from the top bar.
Would this fit the way you work?
The honest answer is sometimes no. A 30-minute call is enough for both of us to find out.
