What we build, and what we run
Three things we have built and operate ourselves. Each one exists because a client needed the automation to reach somewhere a chatbot could not.
The back office
HelloERP
One place where the orders, the stock and the money agree.
Most small companies run on a delivery spreadsheet, an accounting package, and somebody's memory. The three disagree by Friday. HelloERP keeps purchasing, stock, sales, delivery and accounts on one set of records, so a change in one of them is the change in all of them.
The customer side
HelloGroupBuy
Sell on your site and in every chat — same stock, same orders.
A storefront and group-buy platform that shares one set of records with your back office. Customers order on the web, in the comments on Facebook or Instagram, or by message on WhatsApp or LINE; whichever they use, it lands as a real order against real stock, with the customer matched and the reply sent.
Built in-house
Express Stock Entry
Stock counted where the stock is.
A phone screen for receiving, transferring and counting stock on the warehouse floor. Scan the barcode with the camera or a hardware scanner, confirm, submit — and it is in the system before you have put the box down.
