Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 September 2026
The short version
- This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from third parties.
- We do not sell, rent or share personal information. There is nobody to share it with.
- Our servers are in Toronto, Canada. Client data does not leave the country.
- If you want to know what we hold about you, phone or email and ask.
Who we are
Hello World AI Inc., a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada. We build and operate business automation and management systems for small and mid-sized businesses. This policy covers this website and the enquiries that come to us through it.
What this website collects
Almost nothing. This site is made of static files. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, runs no analytics or advertising tags, and makes no requests to any third party — typefaces and images are served from our own server, so no outside company sees that you visited.
You will not see a cookie banner here, because there is nothing to consent to.
Our web server does keep standard access logs, as almost every web server does. Each entry records:
- the IP address the request came from
- the date and time
- the page or file requested, and whether it was served
- the page that linked you here, if any
- the browser and operating system your device reports
Why we keep logs, and for how long
Logs exist so we can see that the site is working, diagnose faults, and detect abuse such as attacks or scraping. We do not use them to build a profile of you and we do not combine them with anything else.
They are rotated daily and kept for roughly fifty days, then deleted.
When you contact us
There is no form on this site. You reach us by phone or email, so the only information we have is what you choose to tell us — typically your name, your contact details, and what you want to talk about.
We use it to answer you and, if it becomes a project, to run that project. We keep enquiry correspondence while there is a live conversation and for our normal business records afterwards. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not pass your details to anyone else.
Client business data
This is separate from the website, and it is the part that matters most to our clients.
When we build or operate a system for you, we handle data belonging to your business — orders, stock, customers, invoices. That data is yours. We process it only to provide the service you engaged us for, under the terms of our agreement with you, and we do not use it for any purpose of our own.
Our team includes a BSI-certified ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor, and we handle your data according to the practices that standard sets out. Access is limited to the people who need it to do the work, and it is reviewed.
Where your data is held
Our servers are in Toronto, Ontario. Website logs, and the systems we operate for clients, sit on infrastructure we run ourselves in Canada.
Where a specific project requires a service located elsewhere, we tell you before that happens rather than afterwards.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law — the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) — you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected if it is wrong, and ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.
Phone or email us and we will deal with it. We will not ask you to fill in anything to make a request.
Changes to this policy
If what we do changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top changes too. We do not make quiet edits.
