We automate other people's work because we had to automate our own first.

We started in IT consulting, with more than twenty years of experience between us in large organisations — the kind of places where a broken process costs real money and somebody has to answer for it.

Working with smaller companies, the same thing kept coming up. The software was rarely the problem. The problem was the hour somebody spent every morning moving the same information from one place to another, because nothing joined up.

So we stopped selling software and started building the joins. To do that properly we had to build the systems underneath as well — which is why we now run a full back office, a customer-facing storefront, and the automation between them.
