Automate the work that still goes through someone's hands.
We build automation around the way your business already runs — mapped to your process, not a product you have to reshape yourself to fit. Every trade has repetitive work. Most of it no longer needs a person.

Work we have already taken off people's hands
These are live automations we built and run. Different industries, one idea: something a person used to do every single day, now done by the system.
Retail & group buy
Orders from social comments
A customer comments under a post. The order is created, the customer is matched, stock is reserved and the confirmation goes out — with nobody retyping anything.
Clinics
Bookings and reminders
Appointments booked, moved and confirmed between the booking system and the calendar, so the front desk stops copying the same details twice.
Warehousing
Stock received by scanning
Scan the supplier's barcode on the floor. Stock levels, the purchase order and the costing all update on the spot, not at the end of the day.
Marketing
One post, every channel
Publish once. It appears on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, formatted for each, with the images handled automatically.
Logistics
Forms into delivery notes
A submitted order form becomes a delivery note with the right address, items and quantities, ready for the driver.
Any business
Chasing what is owed
Overdue invoices followed up on a schedule, escalated as they age, and stopped the moment the payment lands.
How a project runs
Bespoke does not mean slow or vague. It means we start from your work, not from a feature list.
- 01
We watch the work
Half a day with the people who do the job, including the exceptions nobody wrote down. That is usually where the real cost is.
- 02
We map it back to you
You get the flow in plain language, with what can be automated marked — and what should stay with a person marked too.
- 03
We build it on your systems
Your rules, your data, your tools. You watch it run on real cases of your own before anything goes live.
- 04
We keep it running
We monitor it and fix it, so it keeps working as your business changes. When your process shifts, you are calling the people who wrote it.
Why we can do this
Automation is only as good as what it can reach
Anyone can wire up a chatbot. The hard part is reaching into the systems that actually hold your orders, stock and money. We build and operate a complete one — and we run our own company on it, which is why we automate the whole job instead of the easy half.
- A full ERP behind it
- Finance, inventory, purchasing, sales, production and logistics. Automation that stops at the order has not finished the job.
- AI only where it earns its place
- Most of what we build does not use AI to run at all. It is ordinary, deterministic code — which is what you want for work that has to come out the same every time. AI goes in where the job genuinely needs judgement, like working out what a customer actually meant. It is also how we build quickly enough to make bespoke affordable.
- Security held to the standard
- Our team includes a BSI-certified ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor — the qualification held by the people who audit information security systems. We run your data by the same standard's practices.
Every trade has work like this
The tools differ; the shape of the problem does not. If your team repeats something daily, it is worth a conversation.
- Trade & wholesale
- Multi-location retail
- E-commerce & group buy
- Food & grocery distribution
- Clinics & appointment businesses
- Light manufacturing
- Professional services
- Property & facilities
