Hello World AI

What changes when we work together

Not a software rollout. We take the jobs your team repeats every day and make them run by themselves — on the systems you already have, built around how you already work.

What you actually get

Hours back, every week
The specific tasks we automate stop being done by people. Not faster — not done at all. That time goes back to selling, serving customers, or going home on time.
One version of the truth
Stock, orders and money stop disagreeing. When the shop floor, the warehouse and the books all read the same number, the weekly argument about which one is right disappears.
Mistakes caught while they still cost nothing
A short delivery spotted at the door instead of at month end. A round that cannot oversell. An invoice that chases itself before it ages. These are the errors that quietly cost the most.
More volume without more staff
The busy season stops being the thing that breaks you. The work that scales with order count is the work we take off people first.
Your own process, written down
You get the map of how your business actually runs — including the parts that only live in one person's head. That is yours to keep whether or not you go further with us.
Someone who keeps it running
Automation is not a delivery. It has to survive your business changing. We host it, watch it, and fix it, so it does not quietly rot six months after go-live.

Your data does not have to leave the building

The usual worry about AI is a fair one: that your orders, your customers and your prices end up inside somebody else's model. There are three ways to run this, and one of them removes the question entirely.

Entirely inside your company
Where a client's data cannot leave the building, we install the whole system on their own premises or in their own cloud account — hardware, software and the language model. It does not connect back to us in order to run. No outside provider sees anything, because there is nothing for one to see. We have delivered this for clients who need it.
Or hosted by us, in Canada
The simpler option, and what most clients start with: the system runs on servers we operate in Toronto. Either way we keep it monitored and fixed — the deployment choice does not change the support.
Nothing is used to train anything
Your business data is processed to do the job you asked for and nothing else. It is not used to improve a model, ours or anyone else's.
Only what the task needs
An automation is given the fields its job requires, not a copy of your database. A comment-to-order step sees the comment and your product list; it does not see your payroll.

How a project runs

  1. 01

We come and watch the work

Half a day with the people who actually do the job, including the exceptions nobody wrote down. No charge, and no obligation to continue.

    Free · half a day

  2. 02

You get the job mapped out

The flow in plain language, with what can be automated marked, what should stay with a person marked, and what it would cost each month. Yours to keep either way.

Free · about a week later

  3. 03

We build it on your systems

Your rules, your data, your tools. Often that means working inside the systems you already run — adding an API or a data export to an in-house system so the rest can reach it. You watch it run on your own real cases before it handles anything live.

    Usually 2–6 weeks

  4. 04

We run it from then on

Hosted, monitored and fixed by us. When your process changes, you are calling the people who wrote it.

    Ongoing

What it costs

Looking at your work is free — the visit, the process map and an estimate, with no obligation. If you go ahead, you pay one monthly fee sized to what we built and what it takes to keep running, starting at $200 a month. It covers hosting, monitoring, fixes and the small changes every business needs. Nothing is billed by the hour.

You do not have to start with your whole operation. Pick the one job that wastes the most time, and we automate that first.

What we need from you

  • Half a day with whoever actually does the work — not a description of how it is supposed to go.
  • Access to the systems and files the job passes through today.
  • One person who can make decisions without going away for two weeks.
  • Honesty about the parts that are messy. Those are usually where the value is.

When we tell you not to

Some jobs should stay with a person. Some happen too rarely to be worth building. Sometimes the real problem is a process nobody has fixed, and automating it would just make the mess run faster. We will say so — it costs us a sale and saves you a bad one.

The questions people actually ask

Who owns the system and the data?
You do. It is your business data throughout, and anything built specifically for you is yours.
What if our data absolutely cannot leave the company?
Then it does not. We install the whole system inside your company or in your own cloud account — hardware, software and the language model — so nothing depends on a connection back to us or to any outside AI provider. For businesses that need absolute data isolation, we provide the local AI service as part of the build. We have delivered this for clients with exactly that requirement.
Does all of this run on AI?
No, and that is deliberate. In our experience seven or eight out of ten automations need no AI at all once they are running — they are ordinary programs, and for work that must produce the same result every time that is exactly what you want. AI belongs where a task needs judgement: reading what a customer wrote in their own words, sorting a message into an order or a question. Where AI does help on everything is in the building: it lets us write bespoke work fast enough to be worth your while.
How long am I tied in for?
It depends on what gets built. Some automations run on shared infrastructure and can stop at the end of any month. Others need resources set aside for you, and those need a longer minimum to make sense. Whichever applies to your project is written into your proposal before you agree to anything — you will not find out afterwards.
What if we stop working together?
You get your data out in a usable form. We will not hold it hostage to keep you paying.
What if it does not work?
You see it running on your own real cases before it handles anything live. That is the point of building on your data rather than a demo — the awkward cases show up while it is still our problem.
Do we have to replace what we already use?
Usually not. Most of the value is in joining up what you already have. We replace something only when keeping it costs more than changing it.

The first step costs nothing
